My experience
I'm a Product Designer based in Melbourne with 5+ years of experience creating thoughtful digital experiences across health, music and emerging products.
I care about building products that people genuinely enjoy using, whether that's simplifying something complicated, helping someone achieve their goal faster, or adding small moments of delight along the way.
Over the past five years I've worked on everything from large-scale digital transformation programs to launching entirely new products from scratch.
At Resident Advisor, I designed experiences for ravers, promoters and internal teams, leading research, shipping new features, improving navigation and building tools that generated significant business impact.
Before that, I helped shape HBF's digital transformation, designing customer journeys that made health insurance feel a little less overwhelming.
I love the messy middle of product design, research, strategy, workshops, prototyping, testing and collaborating closely with developers to bring ideas to life. My approach is grounded in curiosity, iteration and a belief that the best products come from understanding people first.
